Ordering Your Goods
Ordering your goods could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on an item that you wish to order and put it into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. The eCommerce element is handled by WorldPay. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, JCB, and Maestro. We can also accept PayPal payments, cheques and postal orders for offline orders.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to order by post or fax, send a cheque made payable to Saverpoint, Unit 5 Mosley Business Park, Mosley Street, Burton Upon Trent, DE14 1DW. Please include the order number or print out the order confirmation to send to us.
Credit Card Security
All payment details are held by WorldPay and PayPal, the world leader in secure online credit/debit card transactions. Credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling is determined by the size, weight and price of the item. When you add a product to the shopping cart it will let you know what the delivery charge is. Most products are in the £2.99 to £5.99 delivery categories. If you choose a loyalty product on its own you will need to pay £0.99 for shipping and handling.
Cancellation and returns
This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:
Audio, Video or Computer Software unsealed by you.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. To process returns more quickly and efficiently, customers are advised to obtain a valid returns number from Saverpoint, which will be issued by our customer services department on 0843 330 6713 (calls are charged at 5p per minute). You can contact via Skype for free, (please see the contact us page for assistance). For returns of a technical nature, our Tech Support department will issue a returns number where necessary.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and your actions result in damage of deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Tax & VAT
UK & European Union orders include VAT at 20%. All other orders are exempt from VAT.
